Progressive Lenses

Progressive lenses blend distance (driving), intermediate (computer), and near (reading) into one lens. Progressive addition lenses (PAL’s) are sometimes called no line bifocal. However, this term is very outdated. This lens type offers more than 2 ranges of vision. It offers a multitude of viewing distances, not just two. This type of lens is wonderful for computer and digital device use. PAL’s have seen a design renaissance over the last few years. Now, some are designed by AI to provide optimal vision. Also, newer technology allows for maximal binocular vision. Improved binocular vision will provide the best vision under a myriad of visual conditions.

Single Vision Lenses

Single vision lenses are just like the name implies, they are lenses that have one focal distance. They made me be made for distance vision like driving.
